  JAGDISH KINI 
Formerly Executive Director & CEO of Airtel, and MD & CEO of Gillette India, Jagdish brings huge understanding of the Telecom, FMCG & Retail business realities, combined with vast leadership experience in managing and motivating large teams. His areas of special interest lie in developing organizational long term strategy, developing Go-to-Market strategies and plans, developing and managing new territories, people management, sales processes and decision making. He is also an experienced and certified executive coach, focussing on coaching senior executives at the CEO/CxO levels. Jagdish is also a member of the board of directors of a few companies, and is also on the Advisory Board of Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune. Besides being co-founder and Director of GreenFern, Jagdish is also the founder and managing partner of Enterprise5C, a strategic management consulting firm.

 NIKHIL NEHRU 
Nikhil was President of McCann Erickson World Group managing India and Nepal, as well as PR, Media, Healthcare and Direct Marketing divisions, and also Executive Vice–President, J. Walter Thompson (London & India). He specialises in branding, identity and communications strategy, as well as matters related to reputational risk, customer and shareholder perceptions etc. Besides this, he has strong personal interests in Leadership Development, Coaching & Mentoring, and also conducts programmes focusing on Emotional Intelligence. Nikhil has been on the Board of Directors of Aviva Life Insurance Company India Ltd. and PubliGraphics in the UAE. Besides being a Director of GreenFern, Nikhil is also the founder and CEO of Ontrack Management Services P. Ltd, and is a LeaderShape faculty member.

 SANDEEP SONI 

Formerly Mg. Director & CEO of Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd, a Citigroup company, President of Alchemist Asset Reconstruction Company, and presently CEO of AMW Ltd, and Director of Frontier Leasing & Finance Ltd (Essar Group companies), Sandeep has had a highly successful professional journey, having managed organizations of varied size and scope, including sophisticated Banking/Financial services organizations with Balance sheet responsibility up to $2.5 Billion. He considers his strength to be his success at building high performance executive teams. A strategic visionary, he is skilled at establishing operational excellence within culturally diverse environments, translating conceptual models into specific growth strategies and planning/executing multifaceted global business development campaigns. As a member of of the Advisory Board of GreenFern , Sandeep advises on client and market strategy and assists in helping steer our growth.

RAJNISH VIRMANI 

Rajnish has been Director, India Operations, COLT Telecom, President & COO, Reliance BPO, CEO, Aviva Global Services and Centre Head, American Express (India) Pvt. Ltd as well as Technologies Leader for American Express. He has  handled Operations, Customer Services, Technologies and General Management roles, with extensive global exposure, having lived and worked  in the USA, Europe, Asia, Australia and the UK besides India. Rajnish has led large teams of over 10,000 staff in India and over 1,000 internationally and has implemented large global projects. His expertise is in the IT / ITES industry, specializing in Financial Services, Insurance and Telecom, and Sending Centre and Receiving Centre in BPO/KPO environment. Besides being a Director of GreenFern, Rajnish is also Managing Partner, India of Positive Momentum, UK.

MOHANDAS MENON 
After spending 18 years in banking and financial services, Mohan has been a leadership and OD practitioner for the past 15 years. He has worked with some of the best names in the Indian corporate world on learning and development initiatives, on leadership development and conflict management, and on furthering organizational effectiveness through the implementation of robust human intervention processes. All this either as a part of top management teams, or in consulting and advisory roles. He has also been an entrepreneur, in which role he founded a content development company which was later successfully sold. As a Leadership Consultant, Mohan provides advisory and consulting services to the senior management/C-suite of companies in industries such as insurance & financial services, strategic & process consulting, healthcare, and knowledge management services. Having been a member of the strategic leadership teams / management committees at 2 large organizations and a permanent advisor and coach to the management committees of 3 others, Mohan has acquired a strong understanding of the dynamics of management teams and the nature of leadership in the Indian organizational context. An accomplished and well-regarded facilitator for senior management programmes, Mohan is also a certified executive coach focusing on leadership effectiveness, conflict management and strategic transitions.
