WHO WE ARE
We are a consulting, advisory and implementation firm focusing on enhancing leadership effectiveness and performance, strategy and business execution, counter-competition & planning for and managing business transition & crises.
Comprising former CEOs and/or directors of highly reputed and well-known companies (including Airtel and Gillette India, COLT, Aviva and McCann-Ericsson, etc), backed by other experienced functional consultants, we work, often in collaboration with top tier international consulting and development firms such as The Palladium Group (USA/Asia Pac), Leadershape (UK), Leadership Fairways and Janus Enterprises LLC (USA), to help clients implement workable solutions built around best of breed Indian experience, expertise and understanding backed by robustly researched and globally tested best practices, frameworks and processes. Thus ensuring actual and effective implementation of organizational imperatives on the ground.
Besides bringing extensive experience of the CEO hotseat - building and managing teams and businesses with significant balance sheet and P&L responsibilities in both good and bad times - what distinguishes us is that every member of this team has been an effective executor, is an experienced and highly-motivated facilitator and a trained executive coach. All of us are hands-on in terms of delivery of programmes or in consulting assignments, which are never delegated to less experienced resources. This A-team is ably supported by experienced consultants spanning OD/HR, sales & marketing, process and operations and other functional and strategic consultants, trainers, assessors and subject matter experts.
With offices in the NCR and Bengaluru, strong research and IP backing, a huge experience bank and a robust network of associates, we are well-placed to partner with forward looking organizations striving to achieve that “edge” that helps to move them to a higher orbit than their competition.
